A refurbished Shacman F3000 concrete mixer truck is one of the most popular alternatives to a brand-new HOWO. The F3000 series is famous for using MAN technology (German engineering) in its chassis and axles, making it a "bulletproof" choice for the secondary market.
Main purpose of a concrete mixer truck:Transport and mix fresh concrete continuously, prevent concrete from solidifying during transportation, and deliver ready-mixed concrete to construction sites.

we attach great importance to the overall condition, performance and details of used mixer truck. every used mixer truck is a boutique.
our every used mixer truck must pass early stage " used truck optimum selection, key parts detection and replacement ", before delivery " all-round debugging of used truck, comprehensive inspection of used truck ". ensure that before deliver to customer, every used truck is excellent condition and good porformance.
The "Golden" Specs (F3000 6x4 & 8x4)
Refurbished models usually feature the most reliable, easy-to-fix components:
Engine: Weichai WP10 series (340HP or 380HP).
These are preferred in the refurbished market because they are simple to maintain and parts are available globally. Transmission: Fast Gear (10-speed or 12-speed).
A manual gearbox that is nearly indestructible. Axles: Hande (MAN Technology) 16-ton double reduction axles.
This is the Shacman’s biggest advantage over competitors—it handles overloaded concrete drums better than almost any other truck Mixing System: Standard 10m³ to 14m³ drums, usually paired with Eaton or Rexroth hydraulic pumps.
What "Refurbished" Actually Means
A high-quality refurbishment (especially from reputable Chinese export hubs) should include:
Engine Overhaul: Replacing piston rings, liners, and gaskets.
The engine is usually steam-cleaned and repainted. Chassis Reinforcement: Checking for cracks in the frame and sandblasting/repainting to prevent rust.
New Wear Parts: New tires, new batteries, and often a completely new interior seat/dashboard trim.
Drum Inspection: The internal spiral blades are checked. If they are worn down (which reduces mixing efficiency), they are cut out and re-welded with new high-strength steel.
Hydraulic Flush: Replacing the hydraulic oil and filters for the drum motor to ensure smooth rotation under load.

Usually Our Construction machinery can be shipped by Ro-ro ship or Bulk ship or Flat rack container. Packing Detail: Ro-Ro or Bulk base on the ship and port in your country.
